My professional training is in family systems, and I help individuals understand the deeper patterns driving their thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
I help people who feel uncertain, disconnected, or stuck find clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.

We’ll explore the different parts of yourself, so you can understand what drives your choices and reactions. Together, we’ll practice new ways of responding that build self-compassion, strengthen confidence, and help you move through life’s challenges with clarity.
In session, you’ll experience these shifts, not just talk about them, so your mind and body remember what it feels like to feel safe, grounded, and more like yourself. This work helps you gain insight, try new approaches, and create a life that feels aligned, empowered, and fulfilling.
Learn to feel secure in your emotions so you can face difficult feelings without shame or defensiveness.
Explore the different parts of yourself that show up in stress or conflict, and create space for compassion and curiosity.
Notice the larger system patterns that influence your choices, and work toward lasting change and balance.

Clarify the version of yourself you want to cultivate, honor your strengths, embrace areas for growth, and start living in ways that feel authentic and meaningful.
Uncover what truly matters to you, gain insight into your motivations, and make choices that align with your priorities and passions.
Identify the internal feelings and states you want to cultivate (such as confidence, peace, or energy) and practice ways to bring them into everyday life.
Notice habits, beliefs, or behaviors that limit you, and create new ways of thinking and acting that support growth and fulfillment.
Explore all parts of yourself, including the challenging ones, and develop a more balanced and accepting relationship with who you are.
Strengthen your sense of inner security, trust your abilities, and cultivate healthy, resilient connections with others.
You are not just in relationship with the people around you, you are also in relationship with your thoughts, your work, your habits, and the energy you bring into the world. In therapy, we pay attention to how you connect with yourself and others, and with the people who matter most in your life.
My approach is calm and attentive. I help you notice what keeps you stuck, explore new ways of responding, and build clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy being outdoors, woodworking, reading, and spending time with my family. If you are ready to feel more grounded, understood, and connected to yourself, I would be honored to work with you.
My availability: In-person therapy in Austin and online for Texas residents.

In attachment-based individual therapy, everything is viewed through the lens of relationships. You’re not just in relationship with the people around you, you’re also in relationship with your ideas, your work, your habits, and the energy you send into the world. This approach pays special attention to how you connect with yourself and others, and with the people who matter most in your life.
It’s common to wonder why certain patterns repeat, why some connections feel safe while others feel challenging, or why old wounds appear in current relationships. My approach helps you explore these questions with curiosity and compassion, focusing on how your early experiences and present relationships shape your emotions, behaviors, and sense of self.
With this awareness, you can recognize where you feel triggered or disconnected and begin creating more secure, nourishing connections, helping you feel steadier, more confident, and more connected to the life and relationships you want.
I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS), an approach that helps you explore the different “parts” of yourself, understand how these parts influence your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and relate to yourself with greater compassion and clarity.
I also draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you notice patterns in your relationships, build a sense of safety within yourself, and strengthen the relationships in your life.
Sometimes we get stuck in recurring patterns, loops of anxiety, self-doubt, or tension that feel like personal failings, but they are often signs of the underlying ways we are structured to relate to ourselves and the world.
Individual therapy offers a space to explore these patterns, understand the different parts of yourself, and practice new ways of moving forward. Real change comes not from temporary relief, but from gradually becoming the kind of person who can navigate life with steadiness, awareness, and intention.
The process is different for everyone. Some people come for a few months to address specific challenges, while others continue over time to explore themselves more deeply and expand their personal growth.
I’m here to meet you where you are and support you in a way that feels meaningful and right for you.
Many people start with weekly sessions to build momentum, but we’ll work together to find a rhythm that feels sustainable and supportive for you.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.
To make out-of-network care easier, I work with Mentaya, who can help you submit claims and manage insurance paperwork. If you prefer, I can also provide a receipt, called a superbill, that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, so I’ve made the process simple and straightforward:
1. Contact Me. Reach out to share what brings you here and see if working together feels right.
2. Brief Consultation: We’ll talk through your goals and explore whether ongoing sessions fit your needs and intentions.
3. First Session. We’ll explore the patterns and emotions shaping your life, practice new ways of responding, and begin building the life and relationships you want.
