I’m trained in couples and family systems, so I don’t just focus on the surface conflict, I help everyone understand the deep emotional patterns driving them.
I help couples who feel stuck, distant, or overwhelmed by conflict find a way back to each other.

When love starts to feel heavy, couples reach out searching for a way back to each other. It’s not that the care is gone, it’s just buried under years of hurt, silence, or misunderstanding.
We start by identifying the recurring patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we’ll slow things down to understand what’s happening beneath the arguments: the fear, longing, or hurt that drives reactivity.
Therapy with me is experiential. We don’t just talk about change. We practice it in session so your body and nervous system remember what it feels like to be safe and connected again.
Helps you see and shift your negative interaction cycles, while building emotional safety and closeness.
Helps each partner understand and care for their own inner reactions, reduce blame, and promote empathy.
Views the relationship as an interconnected system where even small shifts between partners can create lasting balance.

Relationships are at the heart of everything I do. My foundational training was in couples and family therapy at UT Southwestern in Dallas, where I learned how powerful relational change can be.
My style is calm but direct. I’ll step in when needed, help you notice the moments you miss each other, and guide you toward new ways of connecting.
Outside of therapy, I love spending time outdoors, woodworking, reading, and spending time with my family. If you’re ready to stop feeling stuck and start feeling close again, I’d be honored to work with you.
My availability: In-person therapy in Austin and online for Texas residents.

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, so I’ve made the process simple and straightforward:
1. Contact Me. Fill out the contact form. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll connect you with someone who might be.
2. Brief Consultation. We’ll talk about what’s been hard and what you hope for in your relationship.
3. First Session. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that keep you apart and begin practicing new ways to connect.
