Every part of my professional training and clinical work has centered on relationships. I focus on how we connect, communicate, and find our way back to each other when things become difficult.
Couples therapy isn’t simply one part of my practice. It is the focus of my practice. I help partners understand the patterns that keep them stuck, make sense of what is happening beneath the conflict, and create the safety and connection needed for meaningful change.
Therapy with me is experiential, collaborative, and direct. We won’t just talk about change, you’ll practice it in the room. Together, we’ll look at what’s fueling disconnection and how to build connection again, one honest conversation at a time.
Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m calm but clear. I’ll meet you where you are, and when it’s needed, I’ll gently challenge you to see things from a new perspective. My goal is to help you leave each session with more understanding, more confidence, and a clearer sense of next steps.

Most days, you’ll either find me coffee in hand and a book not far away or outside walking the nature trails. I love getting lost in a good story, and being in nature is where I tend to find my calm again. Every now and then, I’ll dust off my woodworking tools and spend an afternoon creating something with my hands. There’s something grounding about slowing down and letting the process guide you. That’s also what I hope to help you experience in therapy. More presence, more patience, more connection.
If you’re ready to take a step toward a steadier, more connected home or relationship, I’d be honored to meet you.

I believe that for relationships to be great, we also have to feel great. A deeper understanding of our emotional system helps us to relate and interact in new ways. EFCT helps us tune into our automatic patterns so we can respond differently.
For me, EFCT has been life-changing. It has shaped the way I understand and work with my own emotions, taught me how to regulate them, and how to show up in my relationships. I would not be the therapist, or the person I am today without it.
As people, we have many different aspects or “parts” of ourselves, each with its own feelings, perspectives, and ideas. Some parts carry pain or vulnerability, while others take on protective roles, often responding in ways that made sense before but may now create challenges.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps us develop curiosity and compassion toward these parts, leading to deeper understanding and healing so we can respond to life with greater balance, clarity, and resilience.
We do not exist in isolation. Our relationships and environments shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. Systemic Therapy looks at the patterns and dynamics within relationships to understand how they influence our behavior and emotional well-being.
By exploring these connections we can identify recurring cycles and find new ways to communicate and relate that support growth and healing. This approach helps create healthier relationships and a stronger sense of belonging within the systems that matter most.
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, so I’ve made the process simple and straightforward:
1. Contact Me. Reach out through the contact form.
2. Brief Consultation. We’ll talk about what’s been feeling heavy and what you’d like to feel instead.
3. First Session. Together, we’ll start noticing the patterns between you and begin practicing new, safer ways of connecting.
