I offer weekly sessions. This consistency helps us stay engaged in the process, track patterns as they’re happening, and build real momentum. In Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), regular sessions are key to understanding and shifting the deeper emotional patterns that shape your relationship. This consistency supports faster and more lasting results.
How long therapy lasts really depends on your individual needs and circumstances. Some clients notice significant progress in just a few months, while others find ongoing support helpful for a year or more.
My goal is to provide a sense of relief and a clear direction in the first few weeks, and I will never keep you in therapy longer than necessary. I’m here to meet you where you are and support you in a way that feels right for you.
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.
To help with the cost of out-of-network care, I work with Mentaya. They assist clients with submitting claims and handling insurance paperwork so you don’t have to. If you prefer, I can also provide you with a receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
I recognize that therapy is an investment. I offer a limited number of reduced-rate openings for those with financial need. Please contact me and we can explore what’s possible.
Yes! You can pay for sessions using debit and credit cards as well as FSA/HSA funds.
Self-pay allows for greater flexibility in your therapy. Without insurance limits or required diagnoses, we can shape the pace, focus, and depth of our work in a way that best supports you.
I primarily use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a well-researched and empirically supported approach that focuses on the patterns in your relationship, both with others and within yourself, that keep you stuck. EFT helps you build safety, deepen closeness, and create lasting connection.
In addition, I incorporate parts work from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand the different “parts” of yourself, how these parts show up in moments of stress or disconnection, and how to relate to yourself (and others) with more compassion and awareness.
Yes. I offer virtual therapy for clients anywhere in Texas, and in-person sessions at my West Lake Hills office.
It’s common for one partner to feel hesitant. If that’s the case, I encourage you to attend alone to start. Individual sessions can help you clarify your needs and learn new ways to engage your partner.
In attachment-based therapy, everything is viewed through the lens of relationships. You’re not just in relationship with the people around you, you’re also in relationship with your ideas, your work, your habits, and the energy you send into the world. This approach pays special attention to how you connect with yourself and others, and with the people who matter most in your life.
It’s common to wonder why certain patterns repeat, why some connections feel safe while others feel challenging, or why old wounds appear in current relationships. My approach helps you explore these questions with curiosity and compassion, focusing on how your early experiences and present relationships shape your emotions, behaviors, and sense of self.
With this awareness, you can recognize where you feel triggered or disconnected and begin creating more secure, nourishing connections, helping you feel steadier, more confident, and more connected to the life and relationships you want.
The connection between you and your therapist is at the heart of meaningful therapy. You’ll often know within the first few sessions whether it feels right.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can get a feel for my approach and ask any questions as you consider whether working together feels right for you.

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, so I’ve made the process simple and straightforward:

2. Brief Consultation. We’ll talk about what brings you in and where you’d like to be.
3. First Session. We’ll begin practicing new ways of being and relating.
