Looking for One More Therapist to Join Our New Westlake Office Suite

I’m currently partnering with two other therapists to lease a newly built four-office therapy suite in Westlake, and we’re looking for one more therapist to join us!

I’ve been subletting at this location for the past year and have absolutely loved being here, so when the opportunity came up to lease a permanent office, I knew I wanted to stay. The suite is currently under construction, ready to lease now, and will be ready for move-in on or before November 1, 2026.

Cost: $720/month (includes shared operating expenses, electricity, and janitorial service)

About the Suite

• Four private therapy offices with three therapists already committed
• One private office available (12.6′ × 10′)
• Floor-to-ceiling windows with unblocking tinted windows and adjustable shades (moving from both top and bottom) for natural light and privacy

• Wood Vinyl Flooring
• Acoustically designed construction with sound-rated ceiling tiles
• Shared waiting room and kitchenette
• Opportunity to select certain finishes during construction, depending on timing

Lease Details

• Full-time office available beginning November 1, 2026 (or sooner if construction finishes early)
• Five-year lease preferred
• Total suite rent is $3,000/month, the office available is $720/month (all bills, except internet)
• The suite’s base rent is reduced to $2,000/month for November and December 2026
• Beginning January 2027, the base rent increases to $3,000/month
• Rent includes shared operating expenses, electricity, and janitorial service
